S120 – The quick and nimble for small bores
The S120 is a compact internal grinding machine with cross-slide design for up to 2 internal grinding spindles. The machine enables productive machining of components with an external diameter of up to 50 mm and is suitable for small series production as well as for use in production systems. The extensive range of internal grinding spindles and special internal grinding modules provides the ideal basis for modular configurability.

S145 – The Universal for wide areas of application
The S145 opens up a particularly wide area of application and is suitable for every operation – and especially for workshops involved in the production of prototypes and small runs or in the tooling industry. With the appropriate configuration, the S145 can, however, also be turned into an efficient production machine, enabling the complete machining of workpieces in one setup.

S151 – The Powerful for large and complex workpieces
The S151 is a powerful, compactly designed machine whose wide working range facilitates internal and external grinding operations up to a diameter of 300 mm. The large accommodating capacity of the sturdy workhead and the double spindle turret open up wide areas of application, making the machine suitable for complete machining in one setup.

CT450 – The Practical for your specific grinding task
The CT450, a different very compact machine concept. The workpiece is moved on the cross-slide, while the grinding spindles are mounted in a fixed position to the base of the machine. This guarantees stability, offers good accessibility for set-up or workpiece change, and is easily automatable.
The spindle set-up, with up to 3 HF grinding spindles in a linear arrangement, can be optimally laid-out to meet customer requirements.

CT450L – The optimal machine for low costs per part
The CT450L, the very compact and inexpensive entry level model, Light version of the CT450, is available in the execution with one or two belt spindles in a linear arrangement. It is ideal for general internal grinding applications as well as the grinding of collets and also very hard materials. Simple applications such as the grinding of bores, faces and tapers as well as the grinding of complex profiles can be done economically.

CT550 – The robust one for long workpieces
The CT550 is based on the same machine concept as the CT450, but is designed for larger and longer workpieces.
The spindle set-up, with up to 3 HF grinding spindles in a linear arrangement, can be optimally designed to meet customer requirements.
The ideal grinding machine for internal, face, thread and taper grinding on long workpieces up to approx. 650mm long, e.g. for end machining of machining spindles.
